Pete holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from the George Washington University and is proud to be a former Marine. With over 20 years marketing and operations experience in the restaurant, wine and retail industries, Sarah Marie Johnston serves with her husband, Chef Tom Gray, as Co-Owner and Marketing Director for Prati Italia at the Town Center and Town Hall restaurant in San Marco. Together, they are also the founders of CuliVino, a hospitality management and consulting firm. She was named the Jax Chamber 2017 Overall Small Business Leader of the Year and served as South Council President in 2019.
